SDNY COURTHOUSE, February 28 –
Stacy Makhnevich sued MTGLQ Investors and Selene Finance LP under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
On February 28, Judge Sarah Netburn of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered.
Judge Netburn gave any party until March 18 to request the reopening of the case – then told the parties she would respectfully respect that she hoped not to hear from them.
The case is Makhnevich v. MTGLQ Investors, LP et al., 19-cv-72 (Torres/Netburn)
