Foley & Lardner LLP represented NOXX, a Michigan-based vertical cannabis company, in its $15 million debt raise with Altmore Capital, a specialty finance firm investing in the US cannabis industry. NOXX will use the additional financial support to fund capital expenditures and fuel the company’s plans for future acquisitions and expansion.
