Leia Inc. Announces $125 Million Debt Financing from Aon to Strengthen its Intellectual Property Portfolio

November 8, 2022 – Leia Inc.a nanotechnology company that provides a 3D on-screen experience without the need for augmented or virtual reality (AR/VR) glasses, recently announced US$125 million in growth credit financing from a fund managed by Aon Advantage Funds LLC, supported by services provided by Aon IP Solutions and Insurance Brokerage Services.

With strategic capital provided by a fund managed by Aon Advantage Funds LLC., Leia hopes to further strengthen her IP portfolio by accessing Aon’s IP expertise and significant growth capital.

Leia builds a Lightfield 3D platform and supports a content ecosystem with advanced computer vision algorithms, applications and software tools to provide a naturally immersive and fully interactive viewing experience. The company’s Diffractive Lightfield Backlighting (DLB) technology in its brightfield displays uses the power of light to display objects that appear in 3D, without the need for headsets or XR glasses.
